During the summer of 2025, we offer space for you who want to be a summer volunteer at Restenäs! We have several different camps that need help in the kitchen, cleaning, worship, working with the children, running the café, etc. But we are also renovating and upgrading the different buildings and rooms to a better standard. So if you can paint, carpenter, put up wallpaper, take care of the garden and flower plantings, etc, you are welcome.

 

We invite you to join us for days and weeks of fellowship, worship and work if you can volunteer and support Restenäs in this way. In addition to working a number of hours each day, we will have a lot of worship and teaching both in the morning and evening.

 

Restenäs during the summer is a lovely oasis with access to sea baths a few minutes away, space for play and sports, large forests for hiking and places to relax and enjoy the sun. In short - a lovely place.

SPECIFIC WORK WEEKS
For two weeks (week 26 & 31) we are working especially on changing the roof of Ängsgården. During these weeks we take down the tiles and battens at Ängsgården, wash the roof tiles with a high-pressure sprayer, repair the roof by replacing broken or rotten boards, replace the roofing felt, lay a new batten and put the roof tiles back up and get a whole and tight roof. Naturally, we set up protective scaffolding and do everything possible to prevent any accidents.

 

SPECIFIC NEEDS
During weeks 28 and 30 and weeks 33-34 we have a special need for help in the kitchen, so if you have worked in a commercial kitchen or are skilled in cooking, you are especially welcome.
